Schema Therapy
Schema Therapy is an evidence-based integrative and relational therapy developed to treat a range of adult mental health needs, relationship and intimacy issues, and self-sabotaging life traps. It also aims to enhance one’s healthiest self.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-focused therapy effective in PTSD and complex trauma. It is also effective in a range of other mental health issues which may be associated with or aggravated by an earlier trauma. This model is also effective in enhancing self-belief and performance.
Entrepreneurial & Creative Mental Health Consultancy
In response to the growing mental health crisis in entrepreneurs and the creative industry, I have developed tailored and flexible therapy and coaching services for individuals facing the psychological challenges of high-pressured, competitive, creative and entrepreneurial pursuits.
Concierge Therapy & Consultancy Services
Where individuals, due to the nature of their work, or other issues requiring higher levels of flexibility and discretion, are unable to travel to clinic, treatment is, under very specific circumstances, also available through concierge arrangements in which the treatment can be brought to you. This is typically offered for bespoke, intensive 5-day EMDR treatment in the UK and internationally.

Clinical Supervision & Training
Aa an ISST Advanced Certified Supervisor & Trainer in Schema Therapy, I provide schema-informed training and supervision to professionals working with clinical complexity, both on an individual and group basis. I also supervise individuals pursuing certification as a Schema Therapist. I am experienced in mentoring, and in the development and supervision of mental health care professionals. I have taught on most of the London-based doctoral training courses in clinical psychology, including University College London & Royal Holloway, University of London; having also held a long-term visiting lectureship at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, Kings College London, where I taught on risk assessment, psychological formulation, attachment trauma, problematic sexual behaviours, psychosexual assessment in psychosis, and narcissism.
I remain actively involved in clinical research and I am currently collaborating with the National Stalking Clinic, London and Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne on schema profiles in stalkers. I am also currently co-authoring a paper on narcissistic vulnerability in stalkers.

Fees for supervision and training services are dependent on specific requirements, including location and length of commitment, with longer-term supervision arrangements being charged at a lower rate than one-off consultations.
Fees are payable by bank transfer.
I am registered with all major health insurers including Cigna, Bupa Global, WPA & Allianz Healthcare.
